Details : Live-out Butler for a Family in Dubai. The employer is willing to provide a visa and employment. The family lives 4 months a year in Dubai (from October to May). They fly away every month and don’t come back in the summer.

Requirements : Relevant work experience;
Fluent English is required.

Duties : Private Butler Responsibilities
1. Running personal errands
• Shopping and organizing the employer's leisure time.
• Organizing travel, booking services and events.
2. Home and Guest Services
• Greeting and escorting guests, setting the table and serving.
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and a presentable interior.
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment.
• Calling for cleaning services for balconies, facades, and special areas.
3. Household Staff Management
• Coordinating the work of housekeepers: cleaning, laundry, and kitchen.
• Monitoring food, beverage, and household goods supplies.
• Monitoring and reporting driver performance, vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and documentation.
• Recording and monitoring pet care, including dogs.
4. Event Management
• Planning dinners, private parties, and special events.
5. Financial Control
• Maintaining records and monitoring household expenses, purchases, and budget.
6. Privacy and Security
• Ensuring family privacy and protecting personal information.
• Monitoring home and system security.
