Details :
A family with three children is seeking an energetic, caring nanny with impeccable English to create a developmental language environment. The ideal candidate combines professional skills with a warm, attentive approach to children and willingness to travel with the family.
Requirements :
● English: C1 level
● Relevant work experience: 3+ years
● Valid driver's licence and safe driving experience required.
● Experience working with children with strong or challenging personalities, and the ability to build trusting relationships while gently yet confidently structuring their behaviour.
● Knowledge of child developmental psychology and educational methods
● Willingness to undergo polygraph testing and medical examination
● Well-groomed appearance and neatness
● Energy and emotional stability
● Readiness for travel, without hesitation regarding relocation and adaptation to Thailand
● Driver's license (family provides a car)

● Full care and developmental support for children aged 4 and 6
● Games, activities, and continuous communication exclusively in English
● Outdoor walks, activities, and accompaniment to events
● Monitoring children’s hygiene and preparing light meals/snacks
● Morning routines: assisting the children and occasionally preparing lunch boxes
● Working as part of a team with a second nanny
● Accompanying the family during travel
● Hair braiding and basic hairstyling for girls
● Transportation of children by car
● Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect with children, negotiate, and find an individual approach
● Games, activities, and continuous communication exclusively in English
● Outdoor walks, activities, and accompaniment to events

Compensation:
$2,500 - $5,000 Per month Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications. Meals: provided by the family Air tickets: fully covered by the family Visa support: provided by the family For a permanent position: paid leave twice a year for 14 days, to be agreed with the family; not during children’s school holidays and not during the parents’ travel periods For a rotational position: minimum assignment period of 3 months
Schedule:
Regular work, Full-time working day, 6/1 (six working days, one day off). Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Saturday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. The day off is not on a weekend, but on a weekday. During school holidays, the schedule shifts to 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, with a mandatory breaks of at least 3 hours per day. A second nanny is also available to assist during this period.
