Requirements :
5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a Family Office or supporting a High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI)
Fluency in spoken and written English
Proficiency in office software, specifically the Google Workspace suite (advanced knowledge of Google Calendar is essential)
Ability to travel internationally on short notice
Quick-thinking, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to work additional hours when the role requires it, recognizing that a Principal's schedule is dynamic
Unconditional loyalty to the Principal and their family members, combined with absolute discretion and sound judgment

Duties :
Performing the full range of administrative and lifestyle support for the Principal and family members
Managing the Principal's extensive schedule, including meetings and calls with multiple participants across different time zones
Organizing and coordinating business and private travel for the Principal, family, and staff (arranging visas, transportation including private jets and yachts, accommodation, restaurants, business events, and entertainment as required)
Maintaining a record of personal documents (passports, insurance policies, vehicle and real estate certificates) and ensuring their timely renewal
Data entry and maintaining organized records and tables
Overseeing the maintenance and refurbishment of family real estate
Supervising household staff (maids, cooks, nannies, gardeners, drivers, bodyguards) and external service providers, ensuring high performance standards
Managing the Principal's extensive schedule, including meetings and calls with multiple participants across different time zones
