Details : We are looking for an energetic and proactive Physical Fitness Coach to work with a group of boys in Dubai. The main focus is to organize evening sports and recreational activities, including playing football, arranging outdoor games, going for walks, and bringing children together for fun, active group activities.

We are looking for more than just a coach: an enthusiastic mentor who can engage children, create a friendly team atmosphere, and encourage an active and healthy lifestyle.

Requirements : Experience as a physical fitness coach, sports instructor, or children's sports activity organizer.

Experience working with groups of children and keeping them engaged and organized.

Good physical fitness and an active lifestyle.

Ability to organize football games, outdoor activities, and other sports.

Strong communication skills, initiative, energy, and a sense of responsibility.

Ability to build rapport with children of different personalities.

A strong focus on children's safety during activities and outings.

Russian or English language skills are an advantage.

Duties : Organize evening sports and recreational activities for a group of boys.

Conduct general physical fitness sessions appropriate to the children's ages and abilities.

Arrange football matches, active games, and friendly sports competitions.

Organize walks and outdoor activities.

Encourage children to socialize, play together, and develop a positive team spirit.

Help develop physical endurance, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Ensure the children's safety during sports sessions and outdoor activities.
