The family is looking for someone with a proven record of long-term employment with one family, who can provide both academic support and positive guidance to the boys.

Requirements : Male candidate.
Excellent spoken English with a neutral British accent.
Proven experience as a teacher, governess, tutor or educator.
Experience working with children of a similar age.
Long-term experience working with one family.
Verified references from previous employers are mandatory.
The candidate must have his own family — a wife and children.
Strong academic and homework support skills.
Responsible, reliable, patient and well-organised.
Ability to establish a respectful and positive relationship with boys aged 10 and 14.

Duties : Provide daily care, supervision and guidance for two boys aged 10 and 14.
Assist with homework and school assignments.
Explain difficult topics and provide academic support when required.
Help the boys organise their schoolwork and maintain good study habits.
Encourage independent learning and responsibility.
Communicate with the boys in English and maintain a natural English-speaking environment.
Organise educational, intellectual and age-appropriate activities.
Accompany the boys to activities when required.
Support the development of good manners, discipline, independence and personal responsibility.
Maintain a structured and positive daily routine.
