A private family based in Europe is looking for an experienced and well-rounded Nanny-Tutor to support their 11-year-old daughter.
The ideal candidate will combine strong academic tutoring skills with a warm and responsible nanny approach, supporting the girl with her private school studies while also helping with her personal development, daily routine and extracurricular activities.

Requirements :
Previous professional experience as a nanny, governess, tutor or nanny-tutor with school-age children.
Experience working with children around 11 years old.
Strong English or French; German is a significant advantage.
Ability to provide academic support and help with homework.
Experience teaching or supporting German and English would be highly desirable.
Good understanding of age-appropriate communication and teenage development.
Warm, patient, responsible and emotionally mature personality.
Good organizational skills and the ability to plan suitable activities.
Healthy cooking skills and willingness to prepare simple, nutritious meals.
Comfortable traveling internationally with the family when required, including travel to Hong Kong.
Comfortable caring for a very small, friendly and well-trained dog.
Professional, discreet and respectful of family privacy.
Flexible regarding occasional evenings and overnight childcare.

Organizing suitable activities, including birthdays, playdates and other age-appropriate activities.
Providing light assistance with clothing, including helping with dressing and selecting outfits.
Keeping the child’s wardrobe and room organized.
Preparing healthy meals for the child when the parents are away.
Preparing the child’s lunchbox early in the morning before school.
Accompanying the family on international trips when required.
Taking care of the family’s very small and friendly dog when required.

Compensation:
€6,000 - to be discussed with the successful candidate. Flights and visa support provided.
Schedule:
Regular work, Full-time working day, 5 days per week. Approximately 2 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon. Some flexibility is required depending on the family’s schedule. Occasional evenings and overnight stays may be required. Exact working hours and days off can be discussed with the family.
