Requirements : Experience working with children (especially girls aged 10–14)
Ability to connect with children who are not motivated to learn a language
Creative approach: games, conversation, activities — not rote learning

Responsible, punctual, and kind
Willingness to be active (walks, outings, sports)

Duties : Language development through play
Communicating with the girls in English during lessons and activities
Expanding vocabulary through games, chats, and discussions about films, books, and cartoons
Encouraging the girls to speak
Organizing leisure and activities
Outdoor walks with English conversation
Trips to the cinema, theatre, museums, and parks
Playing computer games together in English (Warcraft etc.)
Creating a friendly atmosphere where English is not a "lesson" but part of life
