A private family in Cape Town is looking for an experienced, professional Nanny for their 1.5-year-old daughter.
The family is open to hiring two nannies who can work on a rotational/shift basis. Accommodation can be provided if required.

Requirements :
Female, approximately 40–55 years old.
Extensive professional experience caring for toddlers and young children.
Previous experience with children around 1–2 years old is essential.
Professional, reliable and responsible approach.
Warm, caring and patient personality.
Good understanding of toddler development and daily routines.
Ability to work independently and follow the family's childcare approach.
Pedagogical / teaching education is highly desirable.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work shifts and stay overnight when required.

Duties :
The nanny will be fully responsible for the child's daily care and wellbeing, including:
Full care of a 1.5-year-old child.
Preparing and giving meals and snacks.
Following the child's daily routine.
Assisting with hygiene and changing.
Putting the child down for naps and bedtime.
Staying with the child overnight when required.
Playing with the child and providing age-appropriate activities.
Organising developmental games, reading and creative activities.
Taking the child for walks and outdoor activities.
Supervising the child's safety at all times.
Supporting the child's emotional and physical wellbeing.
Keeping the parents informed about the child's routine, mood and wellbeing.
Maintaining the child's belongings and immediate environment in an organised condition.

Schedule:
