A warm Greek family based in Al Barari, Dubai, is looking for an experienced and mature Nanny / Educator to join the family on a long-term basis and become a trusted part of the children's lives.
The position is primarily live-in, with the nanny having her own private bedroom in the family home. A live-out arrangement may also be discussed for the right candidate.
The family has two boys, aged 4 and 5. The ideal candidate will combine loving childcare with an educational approach, helping the children develop good manners, independence, responsibility and positive family values.
The family is particularly interested in a mature Russian or Eastern European candidate, preferably a mother herself. Nationality is not the primary consideration if the candidate is an excellent fit.
Russian is not required. Very good English is essential.

Provide attentive, warm and professional care for two boys aged 4 and 5.
Organize and maintain a structured daily routine.
Ensure the children's safety, wellbeing and comfort.
Support the children's morning and after-school routines.
Encourage independence and age-appropriate responsibility.
Maintain appropriate boundaries while using a calm and respectful approach.
Education & Development
Plan and organize age-appropriate educational activities.
Read with the children and encourage a love of books and learning.
Organize creative play, games and developmental activities.
Support the children's intellectual, social and emotional development.
Create engaging activities for afternoons and after-school hours.
Encourage curiosity, communication and independence.
Manners & Family Values
Reinforce good manners, respect and appropriate behaviour.
Model positive communication and respectful interaction.
Follow the parents' approach to discipline and upbringing.
Maintain consistency in the children's routines and expectations.
Respect and support the family's values and parenting philosophy.

Compensation:
Salary from AED 15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. The family is prepared to assist with the UAE visa and flight to Dubai for the successful candidate.
Schedule:
Regular work, Full-time working day, 6 days per week, approximately 8 hours per day. The family values flexibility, as the family's schedule may vary. The nanny should therefore be comfortable with reasonable flexibility when required.
