Details : A warm Greek family based in Al Barari, Dubai, is looking for an experienced, mature and genuinely hands-on Live-In Nanny to care for two boys, aged 4 and 5, and become a trusted and valued part of the family's daily life.

The family is looking for a practical, caring and responsible nanny with strong maternal instincts and real-life experience raising children. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking full responsibility for the children's daily care and routine, actively engaging with them and being present in all aspects of their day.

The priority is a professional nanny whose profile is centered around childcare, practical experience, maturity and a natural ability to care for children.

Russian is not required. Very good English is essential.

Requirements : Previous professional experience as a nanny, governess or childcare specialist in a private family.
Experience working with children of a similar age.
Very good spoken English — essential.
Considering nationalities (only) Albanian, Russian, Ukrainian
Female candidate, ideally 38 years old or above.
Must be a mother and have children of her own.
Significant professional experience as a nanny, preferably with children of a similar age.
Strong practical, hands-on childcare experience.
Comfortable taking on the full range of nanny responsibilities.
Caring, warm, attentive and genuinely enjoys spending time with children.
Strong maternal instincts and a mature approach to childcare.
Practical, responsible, reliable and well-organized.
Calm and patient, while able to maintain appropriate boundaries and routines.
Able to become actively involved in the family's day-to-day routine.
Good understanding of children's needs, safety, hygiene, meals, routines and activities.
Flexible and willing to adapt to the family's schedule.
Willing and able to travel internationally with the family.

Preferred nationalities: Albanian, Russian or Ukrainian.

Duties : Daily Childcare

Provide full, attentive and hands-on care for two boys aged 4 and 5.
Take responsibility for the children's daily routine and wellbeing.
Assist with morning and evening routines.
Prepare and serve meals and snacks for the children.
Support personal hygiene, dressing and general care.
Supervise the children throughout the day and ensure their safety.
Organize walks, outings, playtime and age-appropriate activities.
Accompany the children to activities and appointments when required.

Play & Development

Spend meaningful, engaged time with the children.
Organize creative play, games, outdoor activities and age-appropriate entertainment.
Read with the children and encourage their curiosity and interests.
Encourage independence and age-appropriate responsibility.
Support good manners, respectful behaviour and healthy daily habits.

Routine & Family Support

Maintain a structured and consistent daily routine.
Follow the parents' approach to childcare, discipline and upbringing.
Ensure the children's belongings and living areas are kept organized.
Be proactive in identifying and responding to the children's needs.
Work closely with the parents and communicate important information regarding the children.
Be a reliable and involved member of the household team.

Travel

Travel internationally with the family when required.
Provide the same high level of care and attention to the children while travelling.
