We are looking for an experienced Private Chef to join our family home in Notting Hill, London, on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday).
This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys creating fresh, healthy, home-style meals using high-quality seasonal ingredients and takes pride in maintaining a beautifully organised kitchen.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to plan menus independently and manage kitchen operations

Duties :
The chef will be responsible for all aspects of the family’s daily catering, including:
* Planning varied weekly menus
* Preparing and serving daily lunch
* Cooking sufficient food for leftovers to be enjoyed for dinner (no evening cooking required)
* Preparing meals for 2 adults, 3 children and 4 members of household staff
* Adapting dishes where appropriate to create child-friendly meals
* Grocery shopping and sourcing high-quality ingredients (or arranging deliveries)
* Managing kitchen inventory, pantry and refrigerator
* Keeping the kitchen impeccably clean and organised after service
Cuisine
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of healthy Mediterranean cuisine. While an Italian background would be a plus, we welcome chefs from any Mediterranean culinary tradition.
The ideal chef enjoys cooking fresh, seasonal food in a refined home style rather than restaurant fine dining. Confidence preparing healthy family meals, children’s dishes and occasional desserts is important. We also enjoy occasional variety, so introducing other cuisines from time to time (for example, Asian-inspired dishes) would be welcomed.
