Details : A family based in Tarasovka, Pushkino District (Moscow Region) is seeking an experienced English-speaking Governess, Tutor, or Early Years Teacher to provide a natural English-language immersion environment for their 2-year-old son.
The primary objective is to help the child develop fluent English comprehension and confident spoken English before starting school.

Requirements : A native English speaker; or a bilingual candidate with native-level English pronunciation (C2 level).
Experience working with children aged 1–4 years.
A strong understanding of early childhood development.
Knowledge of bilingual language acquisition and immersion methods.
The ability to engage toddlers through play rather than traditional teaching.
A warm, patient, energetic, and creative personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine love for working with young children.
A commitment to long-term cooperation (ideally 3–5 years or longer).

Duties : Communicate exclusively in English with the child.
Create a natural bilingual environment through everyday interaction.
Engage the child in age-appropriate play and educational activities.
Read books and tell stories in English.
Encourage conversation through songs, games, arts and crafts, and imaginative play.
Take walks while maintaining continuous English communication.
Foster curiosity, confidence, and enjoyment of the English language.
Build a positive emotional connection so that English is associated with comfort, fun, and trust.
Adapt activities according to the child's developmental stage and interests.
Support the child's overall cognitive, emotional, and language development.
