Preferred Candidate:
Native English speaker (preferred), ideally from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
Russian-speaking candidates will also be considered provided they have:
English at a true native or near-native level with no noticeable accent;
Higher education in Education/Pedagogy (preferably obtained abroad);
Many years of living and working in an English-speaking country;
Extensive experience working with children in an international environment.
Nationality is not important. The family's priority is a candidate who can naturally provide an authentic English-speaking environment.
Rotation 7 days on / 7 days off or 14 days on / 14 days off (to be agreed).
Live-in during working rotation.
Work alongside another rota Governess.
Work in partnership with the family's nanny.
During the night, children normally sleep; however, if a child is unwell or unable to sleep, both the Governess and nanny share responsibility.

Duties :
* Educational Coordination
Act as the primary liaison with the children's school in English.
Communicate with teachers and school administration.
Monitor academic progress and school requirements.
Coordinate homework, educational plans and extracurricular activities.
Keep parents informed about important school matters.
Develop educational strategies tailored to each child.
* Child Development & Upbringing
Create and implement the children's educational and developmental strategy.
Foster independence and responsibility.
Develop emotional intelligence and social skills.
Encourage respectful behaviour.
Build healthy habits and daily routines.
Develop practical life skills and etiquette.
* English Language Immersion
Maintain a completely English-speaking environment.
Support natural language acquisition through daily interaction.
Encourage confident communication in English.
* Financial Literacy
Teach budgeting and spending awareness.
Introduce saving habits and financial goal-setting.
Help children understand the value of money.
Encourage responsible purchasing decisions.
* Coordination of Nannies
Set educational objectives for the nanny.
Provide guidance and recommendations.
Explain developmental goals for each child.
Monitor consistency of educational approaches.
Update recommendations as children grow.
Ensure all adults follow the same parenting strategy.
* Reporting & Planning
Develop short- and long-term educational goals.
Prepare recommendations for parents.
Provide regular progress reports.
Identify developmental challenges and propose solutions.
Plan age-appropriate developmental objectives.
* International Travel
Prepare children for international travel and educational programmes abroad.
Communicate with international schools, camps and programme organisers.
Accompany the family on trips when required.
Support children's adaptation in English-speaking environments.
Coordinate educational routines while travelling.
Liaise between family, schools, accompanying staff and host organisations.
