Details :
A family is seeking a Native English-speaking governess for their two daughters aged 10 and 11. The role combines academic support, active lifestyle engagement, and occasional care for their 1.5‑year‑old son. The candidate will be a strong academic mentor and a caring companion.
Requirements :
• Native English Speaker
• Fluent French would be a huge benefit
• Degree in childhood education, pedagogy, or a related field
• Proven experience as a live-in governess in a private family with high standards
• Strong knowledge of the International School curriculum (Grades 6–7)
• Confidence in teaching English, History, Science, and supporting other subjects as needed
• Experience with toddlers (full care for a 1.5‑year‑old: routine, feeding, hygiene, walks, developmental activities)
• Active and sporty (swimming, cycling, ice skating, outdoor games)
• Creative, energetic, and able to make learning enjoyable
• Reliable, punctual, self‑organized, and responsible
• Professional, discreet, patient, and passionate about child development
• Willing to travel internationally with the family
• Valid driving licence (preferred)
• First aid skills (preferred)

Duties :
• Providing homework support across various subjects, including Science, Mathematics, Geography, and others
• Teaching English and French as foreign languages
• Planning and organizing educational activities in both languages
• Engaging the children in sports and active games
• Planning and organizing leisure time and entertainment
• Occasional full care for the 1.5‑year‑old boy (routine, feeding, hygiene, walks, developmental activities)
• Supporting the baby's nannies as needed
• Traveling with the family as required (room‑sharing with the girls during trips)
• Working as part of a team
• Teaching English and French as foreign languages
• Planning and organizing educational activities in both languages
