Duties :
• Act as the primary liaison between the principal and a team of three Personal Assistants
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the day-to-day performance of the PA team
• Manage and coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling
• Oversee all travel and logistics (domestic and international, itineraries, transport, accommodation)
• Maintain oversight of budgets, expenses, and financial administration
• Coordinate operational matters across the principal's personal and professional affairs
• Prioritise requests, delegate tasks, and ensure timely execution
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions

Schedule:
Temporary work, Full-time working day, The contract is approximately for 1 month. Flexible working schedule, 5 days per week. 24/7 mentality with understanding that urgent requests may arise outside standard hours (evenings and weekends)
