Schedule:
Regular work, Full-time working day, 5/2 or 6/1 schedule, variable weekends, 8 hours per day. The family is considering several employment options: 1. Project-based employment — Croatia Work during the periods when the family is staying in Croatia, primarily during the summer season. The exact working periods and dates will be agreed upon with the candidate in advance. 2. Permanent position in Croatia — year-round The housekeeper will be employed in Croatia and work during both the summer and winter seasons. During the summer season — a higher workload and therefore a higher salary rate. During the winter season — a lighter workload and a separate, lower salary rate. This option is particularly suitable for candidates who already live in Croatia or are planning to relocate to Croatia from a neighboring country. 3. Rotational position — Croatia / Moscow The housekeeper will work on a rotational basis: in Croatia during the summer season and in Moscow during the rest of the year. The exact rotation schedule and length of working periods will be agreed upon with the family in advance.
