A governess-educator is required for two girls aged 1.5 and 3.5 years. The role concept is "Intellectual Mentor".
In the family, separate nannies are responsible for the children's daily life, hygiene, and nutrition. The family is looking for a professional educator whose role is solely focused on educational processes and strategic development. They need someone who can transform the children's daily lives into meaningful explorations of the world and ensure their comprehensive development before school.

Requirements :
Education: Higher specialized education (pedagogy, psychology, preschool education).
Qualification: In-depth knowledge of modern methods (Montessori, Reggio, STEAM, neuropsychological approaches, etc.) and the ability to flexibly adapt them to a specific child.
Soft Skills: Literate and rich speech, high erudition, understanding of professional ethics and subordination in the family.
Experience: Successful practice of working in families with young children, availability of confirmed references.

Individual development design: Creating and implementing personalized learning plans for each girl (taking into account differences in age and temperament). Selecting literature, educational materials, and games.
Educational block: Conducting daily play sessions (5-20 minutes per session). Focus: language development, logic, introduction to mathematics, the world around us, reading, and creativity.
Meaningful walks: Organizing outdoor activities as part of the learning plan. Observing nature, studying flora and fauna, discussing the structure of the urban environment and social connections, etc.
Supervising the educational environment: Full support for children's space at home - audit and purchase of relevant educational materials, organization of study areas.
Targeted training: Building a strong foundation of knowledge and skills for successful school enrollment in the future, developing a broad perspective and a habit of learning.
