A family in Cyprus is seeking a professional chef for a rotational schedule. Key requirements include knowledge of dietary and sports nutrition, ability to cook varied meals for all family members with individual restrictions, attention to detail, and willingness to travel.

Requirements :
• Relevant experience working as a private chef in families with children
• Knowledge of dietary and sports nutrition principles (macronutrients: protein, fats, carbohydrates; portioning and gram measurements)
• Ability to strictly follow client requirements and agree on any changes in advance
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and reliability
• Initiative is welcomed, but only with prior approval from the family
• Ability to adapt to changes in dietary requirements
• Willingness to travel across Europe

Duties :
• Preparation of tailored, diet-specific meals for an athlete mother, taking into account macronutrient ratios (protein, fats, carbohydrates), portion sizes, and precise gram measurements. Particular attention is given to strict adherence to recipes during competition periods
• Preparation of fresh and varied meals for the father, considering current dietary restrictions, with no repetition of the same ingredients within the same day
• Preparation of healthy and balanced meals for three children (without the use of onion and garlic)
• Preparation of lunch boxes for the middle child (pre-school) and the eldest child (on extracurricular activity days)
• Preparation of desserts, including low-calorie options, both at the chef’s initiative and in coordination with the mother
• Preparation of lunches for the father’s business partner (office meals)
• Preparation of meals for two nannies, as well as for visiting grandparents when applicable
• Organization and preparation of food for children’s birthday parties (with catering support if required)
• Coordination of all dietary changes with the mother (primary communication is conducted through her)

€3,500 - €4,000 Per month
Schedule:
Regular work, Rota, The schedule operates on a rotation of 2/2 or 1.5/1.5 months, with shifts starting at 6:30 AM and typically ending around 4:00–4:30 PM after meal prep, though occasional evening cooking is required for the father when he returns from work.
Candidate location:
Preference will be given to candidates already based in Cyprus, although the family is also willing to assist with relocation.
