Details : A private family is seeking an experienced Property Manager for their residence in Como, Italy. The role requires a highly organized, proactive professional with strong knowledge of Italian and English, capable of overseeing all aspects of property management, from construction supervision to long-term maintenance and staff coordination.

Requirements : • Relevant experience
• High proficiency in both Italian and English languages
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Experience overseeing construction or renovation projects is a strong advantage
• Discretion, reliability, and a hands-on approach
• Knowledge of local regulations and services around Como is a plus

Duties : • Supervise ongoing construction works to ensure quality and timelines
• Liaise with architects, builders, and contractors
• Monitor progress and report to the family
• Full management of the property, ensuring it is maintained in impeccable condition
• Coordination and supervision of all service providers (gardeners, technicians, cleaners, etc.)
• Bill collection, payment management, and budget oversight
• Recruitment and management of household staff as needed
• Vendor management and contractor coordination
• General troubleshooting and proactive problem-solving
