A family based in Monaco is seeking a highly qualified English Native Governess/Governor with a strong academic background and knowledge of French. The primary focus of the role is to support and enhance the children’s academic performance while fostering their overall development in a structured yet engaging environment.
The family employs additional childcare staff; therefore, this role is primarily focused on education and development.

Requirements :
* Native English speaker
* Fluent or advanced level of French (minimum C1)
* Strong academic background and proven governance experience
* Confident, well-mannered, and able to set clear boundaries
* Engaging, dynamic, and able to inspire children
* Emotionally intelligent, with strong interpersonal skills
* Active lifestyle and interest in sports is preferred
* Flexible, discreet, and stress-resistant
* Basic knowledge of Russian is a plus

* Provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment
* Deliver high-level academic support and actively improve school performance
* Assist with and closely monitor homework and school projects
* Communicate exclusively in English with the children
* Support age-appropriate development and intellectual growth
* Organize educational, cultural, and physical activities
* Accompany the family during travel when required
