Governor / Home Educator for a boy aged 7

Details : We are inviting governor / home educator for the 7 year-old grade 2, schooled boy.

Employment Conditions:
• Accommodation: A separate fully furnished apartment is provided. However, when necessary for supervision, the nanny/governess will stay in the child’s room (a separate bed is provided). The apartment includes housekeeping and linen service. The residential complex features a gym, tennis court, and swimming pool.
• Meals & breaks: All meals provided by the household. The schedule includes short daily breaks and one longer lunch break / private time during the child’s school lessons.

• Schedule: Two-year contract after a successful trial period, 6 working days per week / 1 day off.
• Vacation: 6 weeks of paid annual leave.
• Contract: Official employment with UAE residency and full visa/document support. Minimum 2 years, with a 3-month probation period.

Requirements : * Education and experience: A higher education degree in pedagogy or psychology is mandatory. At least 5 years of significant experience working with children in families or educational institutions.
* Personal qualities: Love for children, patience, emotional stability, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Kindness, responsibility, honesty, discretion, and an understanding of etiquette in a high-profile family.
* Skills: Excellent command of English. Strong driving skills. First aid training is an advantage.
* Other: No harmful habits. Willingness to travel and live as part of a family environment.

Duties : * Full childcare and development: Organizing the daily routine, accompanying the child on walks and to entertainment and children’s centers, teaching manners and etiquette.
* Educational support: Assisting with homework from both English and Russian schools. Monitoring school websites, chats, and announcements. Maintaining professional communication with teachers and class supervisors.
* Administrative and logistical tasks: Organizing and accompanying Mikhail to extracurricular activities, sports sections, medical appointments, and children’s events. Performing personal assistant (PA) duties related to all matters concerning the child.
* Safety and health: Ensuring the child’s safety, supervising personal hygiene, and providing care during illness in accordance with medical instructions.
* Driving: Daily transportation to school and extracurricular activities using the family car. A valid driver’s license and strong driving experience are required.
