A private family is looking for a Chinese nanny for a 5-year-old child, live-out.
This is not a traditional household nanny position. The main focus is the child’s development and full language immersion in Mandarin Chinese.
The nanny will be responsible for creating a natural Chinese-speaking environment throughout the day through communication, play, reading, songs, outdoor activities and age-appropriate developmental activities.
The family is ready to introduce the nanny to the child’s individual needs and help her adjust to the preferred communication and developmental approach.

Requirements :
Chinese citizenship.
Preferably from central China.
Standard Mandarin (Putonghua) with clear pronunciation and no strong regional dialect or accent.
High-level, educated Mandarin suitable for a professional educational environment.
Approximately up to 35–40 years old.
Active, energetic and physically fit.
A degree in Education or a related field is highly desirable.
Previous nanny or childcare experience is preferred.
Ability to conduct developmental activities and provide meaningful engagement for the child.
Warm, attentive and communicative personality.
Good English for communication with the parents.
Preferably from central China.

If the nanny speaks Russian, it may only be used for written communication with the parents and never in the child’s presence.

Schedule:
Regular work, Full-time working day, 5/2. 8–9 hours per day. Exact working hours to be agreed with the family.

Location:
Russian Federation, Moscow, Odintsovsky District, Moscow Region. The family is ready to arrange taxi transportation for the nanny from Krylatskoye Metro Station.
