English Nanny / Governess

Dear Family,
Working with children is my calling in life. My best skill is providing a stimulating environment where little ones can flourish with my support. I am highly educated and have more than twelve years’ experience. Additionally, core and specialist training opportunities keep me up-to-date on current affairs and research. This allows me to provide top quality care and education for your little ones.

As three quarters of brain development and most foundational learning occurs during the first eight years of life, this age group is where I can make the biggest difference. That’s why I specialize in early year’s education (birth to eight), care of newborns, babies, and care of children with special needs.

I have worked with newborns, babies, sibling groups, twins, quadruplets, and children up to the age of twelve. I have built up positive relationships with all my previous work families. Working independently or within a team of professionals is something I do with ease.

One of the highlights of my career so far was working with premature baby twins. I was able to support them through all their challenges and helped them reach all their first milestones within a single year. Another fun role was working with baby quadruplets, who loved to crawl in different directions! In addition to providing specialized medical care for one baby who had complex needs, I loved brightening the household mood with educational play and games. A really rewarding part of my career has not only been working with children, but supporting new parents, seeing them grow in confidence and being part of that journey.

Caring for babies and being there for all of their special moments - particularly in their first year of growth and development – making life-long memories with the family and being looked to for support and advice is what makes this so much more than a job. It is truly magical to be part of their lives and a great privilege.

My new post should have a strong focus on child development and prioritize the baby’s holistic wellbeing. The ‘right’ post is simply one where our values for raising children match and I get to utilize my talents. I look forward to working with you.
