Excellence, discipline and enthusiasm have always been for me the main instruments to realize either my professional and personal life. I have succeeded my university degree in marketing and communication and a master degree in management cum laude and I have always taken care, for almost 22 years of very selected customers all around the world, mainly in the hotel and tourism field as a Customer Relation Manager. Today I succeed as a Personal Assistant and Estate Manager.

My guests have always benefited from my very strong attitude towards service, my know-how and my strong will to satisfy their expectations. I offer excellent service and perfectly represent my customer’s needs and interests.

I am multilingual. I speak English, French, Italian and Spanish. I can manage events, personal and professional trips, different activities of everyday life such as personal shopping or household management. Lately I have passed an exam about the practice of Hypnosis and management empowerment and I can also provide an effective, proactive and effective listening ear to any professional who may need one.

I am extremely discreet, fine diplomat, trustworthy, loyal, positive, proactive, results and detail orientated and I build up very positive warm relationships based on respect either with my colleagues and employers.
