With over 15 years of experience working with children and teenagers, I have developed my professional career from delivering children’s programmes and working in education to managing educational centres and providing individual support to children within private families. I have extensive experience working with children of different ages, organising educational processes and developing independence, discipline and motivation to learn.
I am skilled at identifying each child’s individual needs, building trusting relationships and creating a comfortable environment for learning and development. I work closely with parents, schools and teachers, coordinating educational and organisational matters, supporting children in adapting to the requirements of their educational environment and helping them achieve their goals.
I take a calm, respectful and supportive approach without pressure. I believe that education should not simply be about supervising a child’s studies, but about developing independence, responsibility and a natural interest in learning through communication, play, practical activities and shared experiences.
I hold two higher education degrees and a qualification as a university lecturer. English – B2; German – B1. I have experience working both in Russia and internationally and am available for travel.
