As an Early Years Specialist my practice stems from the idea that every child, family and team member has a different story to tell and every thing we do at our growing nursery group is to allow that story to develop with richness and purpose. I am passionate about providing high quality experiences for all children. Am competent at creating systems to support the monitoring and delivery of bespoke educational programs and compliance. I find joy in transformational leadership and opportunities to coach and mentor future Early Years Leaders.
