Certified technician. I have experience working in country houses on Rublevskoye Highway with 5-6 permanent owners and over 30 staff members. The property is in active use and includes a five-story smart home, a gym, a swimming pool, a hammam, a sauna, a modern gas-fired sauna, a children's playground, a garden with automatic irrigation, a grill area, a staff house, a garage with a car wash, and several storage areas. I handle all of this with excellence. Previously, I worked as a property manager for a small country house with a small staff. I also have experience living in my own country house and driving various vehicles, including in Moscow, plus my personal car. I am a quick and self-teacher, and I enjoy learning new things.
