Daniil began his career path as soon as he entered the culinary college. He decided to practice and went to work in a restaurant in his first year of college. After a few years, having gone through all the stages of working in the kitchen from the procurement shop to the distribution line, his professional path continued in the best restaurants and hotels in Moscow. Namely, in the designer hotel on Strastnoy Boulevard StandArt, under the leadership of the brand chef Angel Pasquale, the owner of two Michelin stars in Spain.
