My name is Maxim. My experience as a chef is about 14 years. I have been working as a chef on private yachts for the last 10 years. I have experience working on both family and charter yachts. My list of responsibilities includes: preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts for guests and crew, grocery shopping, quality and timing control, menu development. The average number of guests who had to cook was 6-12 people, plus 8-10 crew members.
