Throughout my journey, I have worked in various culinary fields and roles, including at renowned establishments such as Al Maha, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World in Dubai. Part of my career was dedicated to training staff for the royal families of Dubai and other Emirates, ensuring they provided exceptional dining experiences. During my time at Emirates Airline, I had the privilege of serving numerous prestigious clients and international celebrities, which allowed me to gain invaluable knowledge in international cuisine and large-scale culinary operations.
