Creative, dedicated and hardworking, classically trained private chef, working within HNW families in Moscow since 2012. Prior to the CEO of a premier oil company, the CEO of one of Russia’s leading banks, for politicians and celebrities. In the UK I worked with world renowned celebrity chef and author Rick Stein. I’ve gained experience in a number of the world’s best restaurants, Michelin and 2 Michelin star. I’ve been inspired by my travels to many countries. I experiment with different cultural cuisines in my cooking. From this I have gained an exceptional repertoire. I love to cook for discerning clients, who enjoy all styles of food and appreciate the importance of a family meal.
I can adjust my cooking style specifically to client needs and different occasions, maintaining a high class of professional service, whether it be day to day or formal events. I always use seasonal organic and sustainable produce. I am great at tailor menus and diet plans for specific dietary needs, for the purpose of general health or weight loss. I’m fully competent in house management and supply, efficient in procurement of products shopping, equipment and accounts. And I’m very happy to lead, coordinate or work within a team.
