I have been working in the Med. SPA & Wellness areas for over 30 years, opened and reorganized several specialized facilities. Organized network work (Eight geographically unrelated network facilities with a total of over 30 people) I increased revenues many times over in all the enterprises where I worked. By introducing an effective work schedule for specialists, developing and implementing commercially attractive services, organizing thematic marketing events, training and improving the skills of line personnel of SPA & Wellness departments (massage therapists, steam masters, administrators, nurses, cosmetologists). Optimization of logistics. I provide consultations on rehabilitation and preventive Wellness & Medical SPA topics. From concept development to operational management of current processes of a specialized enterprise. I develop and implement individual and group health SPA & Wellness programs using effective physiotherapy methods on BTL, ORMED equipment. Additional education - Commercial director. Marketing. Sales. Financial reporting, planning and budgeting of activities. I regularly take part in thematic events (Top SPA-fest, Banya-fest, Banny Spas, Intercharm and others). I also develop marketing events to attract key clients in the B2B segment. I work for results in an irregular schedule, I am ready to move and go on frequent business trips.
