Cooking is the major passion of my life. I constantly learn and improve my répertoire and cooking skills. During my early cooking career, I was very lucky to work at fine restaurants with great chefs: Chef Eduard, David Reartes and Pedro Monje. However, I strongly believe that the best chefs in the world work on board mega yachts because yacht owners and charter guests are the most demanding clients! I love challenges and during the last 7 seasons I have worked on super and mega yachts. I can cook French Gastronomic, Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian Fusion, Tai, Vegan, Vegetarian and Russian cuisines. I am also good at bakery and my breads are loved by my clients. I am well organized, clean, reliable and hard working person. I keep my kitchen perfectly clean and tidy. I am able to work as an efficient Solo Chef on a charter yacht. But I will also be glad to accept a position of a Sous-Chef or a Second Chef on a charter mega yacht if it allows me to learn from a more experienced Head Chef on a big operation! I grew up in Odessa on the Black Sea and since early age I enjoy sailing and water sports. In 2021 I have started my PADI training. I speak English, Russian and some Spanish.
