About
I am an American English tutor currently living in Moscow. I have a strong passion for languages and education. I studied Russian at university, and since 2016, I have continued learning and improving my Russian independently. This experience has helped me understand the challenges students face when learning a foreign language and has taught me to be patient and supportive.
I am TEFL certified and have experience helping students improve their English through pronunciation practice, grammar, vocabulary, and, most importantly, speaking. I like to make lessons practical, engaging, and focused on real-life communication.
I also have experience working with teenagers. I previously coached a football team of 12–13-year-old children, which taught me how to communicate effectively with young people, keep them motivated, and create a positive and supportive learning environment.
I enjoy working with students of different levels and adapting my teaching style to their individual needs and goals. My aim is to help students feel more confident using English and make learning both useful and enjoyable.
