Tutor or Teacher / Personal Assistant

I am an American teacher who has been living in Moscow, Russia since 2019. In August 2024, I received my TRP and am excited about the possiblities that this holds for me, since I absolutely love living and working in Moscow. I find myself at a crossroads, though, due to my career. I am highly educated, having received my MS in Curriculum and Instruction in 2023, and am now working on my PhD in organizational leadership, which I will complete in August 2026. The school I currently work at has a failure of leadership and has no interest in trying to be better, which has left me feeling frustrated and trapped. I would love to serve at a school that is well-functioning, and willing to hire someone who can make a positive change to their school environment, with students, parents, and staff. At every school that I have ever worked at, I have been loved by students and their parents. I like to think this is because I am funny, but students are quick to point out that my jokes are not that funny, but they do enjoy my classes. I have taught from grades 6 all the way through grade 12 in the American system. I have taught history, geography, physical science, political science, economics, and more. I have a wide range of topics that I know and can teach, and as someone with a degree in curriculum design, I am quick to pick up new curreiculum systems. I have experience teaching in the US system, but also teaching GCSE courses as well (history and geography, specifically, as well as having training in teaching economics).
