Qualification and Education

When selecting candidates, we pay close attantion to their level of education and any additional certificates. Being a native speaker of English is not enough to teach a child to speak the language fluently, it is also important to have special training. Our candidates are graduates of higher educational institutions in the United Kingdom and the United States who have successfully completed bachelor's and master's degrees in education and linguistics. There is also a number of certificates that serve as an alternative qualification to higher pedagogical or linguistic education. During training, those who wish to teach English undergo comprehensive training that icludes academic instruction covering all aspects of language learning and teaching practice with students of different ages and levels. Such certificates are recognized all over the world, reputable, give the right to teach English as a foreign language, and often give advantage over teachers who don’t have one.
