Successful and effective work of a nanny is impossible without mutual trust, respect and compliance with the necessary security measures. If you trust a nanny to raise and care for your child, you need to check her qualifications and the accuracy of information about her identity. British child care professionals with whom the agency works undergo a multi-stage check, during which they provide the agency with all the necessary documents confirming the absence of criminal records, i.e. a certificate from the police (DBS check), education level, psychological and physical health, First Aid certificates (First Aid Certificates), as well as recommendations from previous employers, which are checked by our managers.
The selection is not limited to documents. Candidates are interviewed by psychologists and experienced managers, and during those intedviews they answer a lot of questions about their character, interests, relationships with other people and children.
During the interview, special attention is paid to the issues of a candidate's health and lifestyle, which allows you to accurately form an idea of the person. The candidate provides full information about their health to the Agency in writing based on tests and examinations conducted in the UK, and then confirms it with a signature (Medical Questionnaire). At the request of the employer, our candidates are ready to pass all the necessary tests and examinations in Russia and the CIS - both medical and psychological.
Such thoroughness allows families to be sure that their children are taught by trustworthy educators.
