Details : Nanny for a 1 y.o. girl in Dubai

Requirements : - Proven experience working as a nanny with children of similar age (around 1 year old);
- Understanding of early childhood development and basic psychology;
- Ability to provide first aid if needed;
- Patience, honesty, reliability, and warmth;
- Ability to build a trusting, long-term relationship with the child and family.
- Knowledge of Italian or Russian is a plus.

Duties : - Be attentive and responsive to the child’s needs, emotions, and cues;
- Follow the daily routine provided by the mother (meals, naps, walks, playtime);
- Organize and conduct developmental and play-based activities that encourage learning and growth;
- Support the child’s independence and self-confidence;
- Incorporate Montessori-inspired activities based on the child’s interests;
- Observe and encourage focus and engagement during play;
- Plan and prepare daily activities;
- Build and maintain small self-care routines (brushing teeth, washing hands, dressing, snack time);
- Occasionally prepare simple, well-balanced meals for the child;
- Keep the child’s play and rest areas tidy and organized;
