Operator policy regarding the processing of personal data
1. General Provisions
LLC "ENGLISH NANNY" TIN 7727753955 collects and processes personal data exclusively for purposes necessary for carrying out our core activities and providing related services, in accordance with the principles and rules established by Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter – Law No. 152-FZ).

Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology.
Distribution of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons.
Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.
Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
Destruction of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
Depersonalization of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible without the use of additional information to determine the ownership of personal data by a specific subject of personal data.
Personal data information system - a set of personal data contained in databases and ensuring their processing by information technologies and technical means.
Cross-border transfer of personal data - the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity.
1.3. The operator who has gained access to personal data is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data - not to disclose to third parties and not to distribute personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
1.4. The subject of personal data has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, including containing:
1) confirmation of the fact of processing personal data by the operator;
2) legal grounds and purposes of processing personal data;
3) purposes and methods used by the operator for processing personal data;
4) name and location of the operator, information about persons (except for the operator's employees) who have access to personal data or to whom personal data may be disclosed under a contract with the operator or under federal law;
5) processed personal data relating to the relevant subject of personal data, the source of their receipt, unless another procedure for providing such data is provided by federal law;
6) periods of processing personal data, including storage periods;
7) the procedure for the subject of personal data to exercise the rights provided by Federal Law;
8) information about the actual or intended cross-border transfer of data;
9) the name or surname, first name, patronymic, and address of the person processing personal data on behalf of the operator, if processing is or will be entrusted to such a person;
9.1) information about the methods by which the operator fulfills obligations established by Art. 18.1 of the Federal Law;
10) other information provided by Federal Law "On Personal Data" or other federal laws.
1.5. The subject of personal data has the right to require the operator to clarify their personal data, block or destroy them if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided by law to protect their rights.
1.6. The subject of personal data has the right to protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for damages and (or) compensation for moral harm in court.
1.7. The personal data operator (LLC "ENGLISH NANNY" TIN 7727753955) has the right to:
- defend its interests in court;
- provide personal data of subjects to third parties if this is provided for by applicable law (tax, law enforcement authorities, etc.);
- refuse to provide personal data in cases provided for by law;

2. Purposes of collecting personal data

Rights of the personal data subject

Destruction of personal data is carried out by a commission with the preparation of the relevant act. The destruction process is carried out in a way that excludes the possibility of restoring the content of personal data on the relevant physical medium. Notification of personal data subjects and the authorized body (Roskomnadzor) in case of incidents related to personal data

Take all possible measures to eliminate the consequences of the incident and minimize possible harm to personal data subjects.
Notify personal data subjects whose rights have been violated as a result of the incident about the incident, the composition and volume of compromised data, as well as the measures taken by the Operator (LLC "ENGLISH NANNY" TIN 7727753955), within the timeframes and in the manner established by Russian law, if such notification does not violate the legitimate interests of other persons and does not contradict the law.
